Currently, I lead the team behind Tarantool DB, a boxed solution based on Tarantool Enterprise. We took a powerful but complex engineering tool and turned it into a finished product.
My responsibilities include not only technical strategy, but also process organization, transparency, and achieving goals sustainably.
Previously, I worked in e-commerce (e.g., Wildberries), automating business processes, launching international projects, and forming engineering teams.
I’ve also worked in R&D projects, building electronics, firmware, and sensor processing algorithms.
I'm not tied to a specific stack — I'm tied to the problem. Understanding the business and crafting effective solutions is what matters.
